Sunday's Notes

For today's post, I offer some suggested reading, specifically the S-T article on turbines in Hull and Falmouth.

Also remember if you are running for office in Fairhaven, including town meeting member, you need to turn your nomination papers in tomorrow (Monday, February 13, 2012).

The Special Town Meeting will be Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 7:00 PM.  The meeting will be held at the Hastings Middle School.

It should be worth the trip just too see who gets elected moderator for the turbine article.  That procedure could take up more time than anything.

Coming up next week I intend to address some of the articles which have been submitted for the annual town meeting in May.

We will have the pleasure of dealing with the same three articles on the warrant for 2/15/2012, along with several others that seem to be ..... Well let's just say they merit discussion at this point.

My original plan for today was to weigh in on the ethics committee proposal in detail today, but I caught the S-T article on line earlier this morning.  In all honesty that is where your attention should be today.

Not everyday can be a hot button topic here.

Actually am thinking about having "Guest" Bloggers.  What do you think?
